Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Sorcel Tech ("we", "us") for the Feats application and any updates to it (the "App"). By downloading or using Feats, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App, except as allowed by law.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as allowed by law.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful way or to infringe anyone's rights.

3. Your content

The feats, tags, and other content you create are yours. They are stored on your device and, if you enable it, in your own iCloud account. We don't claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for the content you create and for keeping your own backups (the App's export feature can help).

4. Feats Plus subscriptions

Feats is free to use. Feats Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks additional features. The following apply to subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price you confirmed.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
• Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by region. Any free trial's unused portion (where offered) is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service; we are generally unable to issue refunds directly.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We aim to keep Feats calm, stable, and useful, but we don't guarantee that every feature will always be available.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Feats is a productivity aid and is not a medical, psychological, or professional service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorcel Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Apple

These Terms are between you and Sorcel Tech only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the App.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where your local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
